FAQ's

1. How to order on THOKKE?

A. First of all register & create an account by filling all your details like E-Mail Id, name, contact, address etc. Then add the products along with quantity. Then go to checkout & fill address details & choose a payment method. Once the payment is done then your order will be confirmed.

2. What is minimum order amount?

A. You can order for as low as Rs.1000 at wholesale prices. There is no restriction of quantity of purchase of any single product. You can buy any product in any quantity but the total billing amount for all products should be min. Rs.1000.

3. How soon will my order be delivered?

A. We ship orders via Express air service only. So it normally takes 1-5 working days for your order to be delivered depending on your location.

4. What are the courier charges?

A. Courier charges are fixed for all location in India at Rs.100/kg. For order parcel having total weight till 0-1kg - Rs.100.....1-2 kg - Rs.200......2-3 kg - Rs.300  & so on.

If you need surface courier then charges will be cheaper, but it will take more time to get order delivered.

For order value above Rs.10000 shipping is Free.

5. Which courier companies you use for order shipment?

A. We have tie up with premium couriers like Fedex, Delhivery, XpressBees, ECom express & Ekart.

6. Can i use my own shipping service?

A. Yes you can, but for that you have to first contact us before placing your order. We will provide you coupon to reimburse the shipping cost.

7. What are the payment methods?

A. You can pay through bank transfer, Gpay, Paytm, PhonePe etc. Currently we don't have payment options via credit/debit card. Your payment is fully safe & secured with us.

8. Can i cancel my order?

A. You can cancel your order before it is shipped by us & billed by us. Once the final payment is done then cancellation is not possible.

9. Can i exchange/return products after i receive?

A. You can exchange or return products only in case of damaged/defected products. For exchanging/returning you have to courier the products back to us at below address:-

Please note that courier charges for returning the product will be borne by customer & customer has to call us for creating a return/exchange request.

10.Can we get customized products?

A. Product customization depends on the type of product. If you wish to give a bulk order for a customized design, then do reach to us at 09079346758.

11. Are the prices listed on THOKKE wholesale prices?

A. Yes all prices listed on THOKKE are wholesale prices. These prices are for people who need for selling only. These are not for purpose of retail/personal use.

12. Can we get regular supply of same designs for online selling ?

A. Most of designs listed on our THOKKE are our in house & we can make them on reorder. We also do repeat production of most designs.
